Unfortunately we don’t offer any installation service we only supply products for lighting focusing on LED lighting.

Q4. Do you offer discounts for traders?
If you are trader and consider to buy on regular basis, please send your contact details and company details to email: info@marcled.com. After checking, we will contact you to discuss your inquiry.
Q5. If I am a trader, can I receive a discount for my first order?
Please be aware that if your first order is very small, we recommend to buy directly in our online shop. You will receive discount for next orders.
Q6. If I am a trader, what payment methods do you accept?
If you receiving a special discount, payment can be made by BACS or international bank payment (customers from outside the UK). In special circumstances, we might discuss another payment method.
Q7. What payment methods do you accept in online shop?
Paying for your order could not be easier. We accept all major debit and credit cards (without extra charges incurred), including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Payment can also be made through PayPal. Please note we do not accept American Express.
Q8. The product I want is out of stock. Can you inform me when it's back in stock?
We keep our customers fully informed by email of the status of any out-of-stocks or delays. Our aim is to have 95% of stock available at any one time.
Q9. Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can. We are based in Epsom, Surrey, 30 Dorking Road, KT18 7NH. After placing an order, please contact us 07871262256 or info@marcled.com to arrange a collection date and time.
Q10. Are light bulbs included with your light fittings?
A large number of our light fittings do come without light bulbs/lamps included in the price. You can easily find any light bulb/lamp by going to categories called LED BULBS or LED LAMPS.
